When the MRT/LRT systems started, we were the first in Asia. But after few years, the Mass Transit System has become unreliable. You are not certain if you can reach going to your destination on time or safely.
Public projects must not be evaluated based on the total amount of the money spent only. It must be efficient, functional and durable enough to stand the test of time, quality speaking.
As the President of the Philippines, you must be in public service therefore, public services are vital to the performance rating of the president. He will do his absolute best if given the chance.
