It was not a surprise that Bongbong Marcos made it to President Duterte’s inauguration because he announce it earlier that he was invited and must attend as ordered by the President. Marcos was potted inside the Rizal Hall of Malacañang wearing a barong. He was seated just a bit away from Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, his rival in the last vice presidential race.
Reelected Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos, Bongbong’s sister was also there. Duterte once told Imee during his visit in Ilocos Norte that if he fails to do his promises, he will give the presidency to Bongbong Marcos.
The only one big question is “how” – when V.P. Leni Robredo is already set to be the country’s Vice President and she can make herself ready to assume the presidency whatever happens to the president. Will there be some kind of dramatic action later on with regards to Bongbong-Rody-Leni triangle?
