There is still no word yet on the surrender of suspected drug operator Kerwin Espinosa.
This, even after his own father, Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr., went on national TV Wednesday and urged his son to surrender.

Philippine National Police chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa announced earlier that the shoot-on-sight order given by President Rodrigo Duterte against Kerwin is still in effect.
Until now, there are still no charges filed or a warrant of arrest in place for Kerwin in connection with the allegations that he is one of the top drug operators in Eastern Visayas.
Kerwin may have sent surrender feels through his relatives and even requesting Dela Rosa to pick up him from the airport” – to make sure that he will be safe s per military tradition – but to this time of writing no news yet from Malaysia where he went last June.
Dela Rosa, has become impatient and issued a threat saying that if Kerwin will not surrender tonight (August 6, 2016), he will evict his father from the “White House” where he seek refuge for fear of his life – and a bit annoyed with the older Espinosa’s cigarette smell which can be over powering if the smoker is under grave stress.
