To Comelec: 3.2 Million Undervotes – Automated System Failure?

When it happens that some voters did not vote for the Vice Presidential position, it is quite surprising why the total number of 3.2 million undervotes is too high compared to the 1% acceptable rate? If there’s around 40 million registered voters turnout, It should only be around 400,000 undervotes?

Atty. George Garcia from Marcos’ camp, did not specualte that cheating through the server is the main culprit for the undervotes but he was wondering why undervotes are low in Marcos’ bailiwick and too high in areas where Leni Robredo has very large margin against Bongbong. Say for instance in Ilocos region, a Marcos territory only has around 14,000 undervotes but 207,000 were recorded in Visayas and more than 147,000 in Mindanao.

Undervoting is the term used when a voter did not put in a candidate for a particular position. So this does not mean that Marcos assumed that those were his stolen votes – but would like to know why such thing happened because it just did not justify winning or losing for around 200,000 votes when you have 3.2 undervotes. If that is the case then, this kind of automated system is a big failure!

Leni Robredo could last as VP if humble & Patient like Binay

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Our present government system unfortunately allows the Vice President to be dormant if the President thinks that he or she will be a hindrance to his plans. This happens when both positiona are from the opposing sides of political parties – such as the case with outgoing President Noynoy Aquino and outgoing Vice President Jojo Binay.

It will take a lot of humility and patience to be dealing with a president who will always have reservations as to what your interests are. VP Binay really did a good job on that – despite dealing with a very extreme-natured president who showed people to be asking his insights but went with the totally different ways. Istead of fighting his way through, he focussed his time into public service in any agencies, localities or cities he had access with given his long tenure in the political arena. It’s only when he was preparing to run as President that he resigned from Pnoy’s cabinet – and exposed all the shortcomings of the administration.

Now that it’s the turn of Leni Robredo to deal with the reality that she can be in a very tough position having allied with the Liberal Party that is Duterte’s main political enemy, she needs to be stronger than ever. It is not easy at all to remain professionally inclined same as that of Binay while still under the umbrella of the administration with the fullest humility to wait for the blessing of the higher up first before resorting to other strategies. At the same time, she will also be in the process of sorting out clues as to personal griefs such as husband’s death were naturally caused or man-made that were plotted by self-centered and power-hungry individuals who will do everything using the most evil solutions just to get ahead. Not to mention bearing family’s grief on social media bullying accusing her of cheating her way up.

Will Leni Robredo investigates Jesse’s death now that she’s already in power?

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Congresswoman Leni Robredo’s controversial win for the Vice Presidential race was very timely coinciding with her husband, Jesse Robredo’s birthday who died in a questionable plane crash. Perhaps, pro-Lenis took it as good omen – but Marcos loyalists interpreted that as a reminder to push through with the investigation of his death.

As circumstance dictates, it was also a widow in the person of ex President Corazon Aquino who unseated Bongbong Marcos’ father, the late Ferdinand Marcos who ruled the country progressively who’s reputation was destroyed by the late then Senator Benigno Aquino’s media propaganda as he aspired to replace Marcos.

The Filipino people are asking; why didn’t the two Aquinos who became presidents refused to address the said assasination of the older Aquino and really dig down deeper to punish the people behind it? If this question is not acted upon, it will remain a speculation that their own blood killed Ninoy – just to get the sympathy for the widow. In today’s happening, it will be Leni Robredo who is under the microscope by the public as far as the death of her husband is concerned. Is she a poor victim or a willing accomplice?

Election was Dirty and Dishonest: Copa Chair Saycon Said and Agreed by Ex Gov of Basilan Salappudin

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Massive cheating by the Liberal Party was too obvious in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. A conspiracy robbing the ARMM electorate of their basic constitutional rights really did happen as witnessed and sworn in the affidavit of ex Basilan Governor Gerry Salappudin. Cheating activities include pre-shaded ballots in favor of the Mar-Leni tandem, vote buying and lost or under-vote ballots.

Pastor Boy Saycon, Chairman of the Council on Philippine Affairs (Copa), a civil society entity, commented that the elections were both dirty and dishonest – and this is actually the bottom line of Salappudin’s statements. Saycon is also armed with affidavits of individuals who are kept anonymous to have received pre-shaded ballots. Worst, some knew of elections not pushing through because everything has been done – as read out by Saycon from the affidavit. These complaints were actually reported to the Board of Election Inspectors but were actually ignored.

Around 28 members of Iglesia Ni Cristo in Quezon City were also not happy because their Duterte votes were not counted since only Mar Roxas gained votes and other presidential candidates got zero votes!

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
59 Philippine posts abroad had been the source of Filipino overseas voters. The breakdown showed that out of 59, Senator Bongbong Marcos won in 49 countries where these Philippine overseas posts are.

However, his arch rival, Leni Robredo got the United States of America and 9 others namely; Agana, United States, Canberra, Jakarta, The Vatican, New Delhi, Yangon, Berne, The Hague, and Port Moresby. So, 10 overseas Philippine posts are on Leni’s side.

Marcos and Robredo are in a very tough race nowadays for the second highest poditin of the land not just because of the tight vote counts but because of various evidences of election fraud from the automized server down to the ground – all pointing out to the adminstration’s bet who’s Liberal party is in the position to cheat given the governmental machinery. At least 432,706 of the 1.37 million voters voted in the 59 overseas precints.
