The naming and shaming phenomenon of President Rodrigo Duterte has now advanced into a matrix to be able to tell the alleged story of Senator Leila De Lima’s drug involvement effectively. Prominent people were also included in the said matrix that somewhat connecting those involved in the New Bilibid Prison illegal drug syndicate.
Senator De Lima, Usec Toti Baraan, Pangasinan Prov Admin Raffy Baraan, Gen. Franklin Bucayo, Cong Amado T. Espino (Pangasinan – 5th District), Ronie P. Dayan (Sen Leila De Lima’s ex driver-bodyguard) and ‘BM’ Raul P. Sison were the labels in the dots within the matrix – but what does this prove than Duterte’s old allegations being drawn in a piece of paper? Nothing yet until concrete investigations are done and the verdict will be concluded.
Former Justice Sec. and now Sen. Leila De Lima, and the former Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan were previously given as hints by the president as the prohibited drug trade protectors. Another governor-friend of Duterte is also allegedly involved but this needs to be verified still, said the president.
