Then, Civil Case 003-D which is the disadvantageous purchases and settlement of the accounts of oil mills from the coco levy funds. Lastly, Civil Case 003-H, behest loans and contracts.

Sandiganbayan Denied Cojuangco’s Bid

The Sandiganbayan finally denied the bid of businessman Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco Jr. to dismiss his civil cases involving the allegedly ill-gotten wealth of the Marcos patriarch. The anti-graft court Second Division found no merit to dismiss his civil cases just because of the prosecutors’ inordinate delay.

Cannot Generalize a Family

Liberal Party people always capitalize on Bongbong Marcos’ father’s martial law and corruption allegations to destroy him. They try to paint the family black to stop the younger Marcos to lead the Filipinos. They should look within their family first if they are any better.
