Marcos’ Lawyer, Lozano Negotiates with PCGG on Wealth Not Judicially Decided as Ill-Gotten

welcome By:

Atty. Oliver Lozano, lawyer of former President Ferdinand Marcos proposes a compromise agreement on a part of the wealth sequestered by the government. These are “not judicially decided as ill-gotten.” A cut of the amount in exchange to drop all cases against the Marcoses. Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo confirms that he has a copy of the proposal.

[VIDEO]: How much has PCGG recovered from Marcos?

PCGG’s Jurisdiction over Marcos’ Wealth

Under Executive Order No. 1, the PCGG has to “recover all alleged ill-gotten wealth from the late President Marcos, his immediate family, relatives, subordinates, and cronies. This is why Lozano’s proposal is forwarded to the PCGG, he said.

Similar to President Du30’s Advice

Lozano includes a draft House bill in his proposal to grant immunity to the Marcos family. A draft compromise agreement between the Marcos family and the government goes with it. This is similar to President Du30’s advice to the Marcos family on the wealth of humanity that the former President Marcos deposits at the World Bank using gold certificates. However, Bongbong Marcos said that they are not liable for any wrongdoing because they are not stolen. The government can have them if they can find them, he added. The family cannot solely access them because they are for the welfare of humanity. The Senate should start the proceeding.

Media Propaganda

Many media influencers speculate that former President Marcos starts to amass ill-gotten wealth from the government from 1965. An alleged study reveals that Marcos got an around $5-billion to $10-billion in his 21-year regime as President. However, not a single case can stand in court against him. Besides, the government cannot have that much money.

The Ultimate Power Grabber

Former President Corazon Aquino establishes the PCGG through Executive Order No. 1. This is to run after Marcos’ wealth. Marcos won the snap elections in 1986 but Aquino became President after the black media propaganda turns a mutiny into the so-called People Power Revolt in 1986. That ends up to be a hoax.  The agency recovers over ₱170 billion. The Senate calls for its audit since many high-valued paintings and pieces of jewelry went missing.

Sereno’s Supreme Court Influence Weakens in Time for the VP Recount

Supreme Court

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The Supreme Court may have grant VP Leni Robredo’s request to avail of the decrypted ballot soft copies without explanation – but it also has a major pro-Marcos ruling. There seems to have a power struggle within the SC’s en banc. This is very obvious during the impeachment hearing of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno. Four justices testify against her. Bongbong Marcos’ supporters hope that the LP CJ’s influence finally diminishes within the judiciary as the VP recount is about to happen in February 2018.

2017 Supreme Court Review

There are many controversial issues within the judiciary in 2017. There’s no denying that President Rodrigo Du30’s mandate affects them. The Supreme Court also dealt with relevant issues like the impeachment complaint against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.

Pro-Marcos Ruling

In July, the case of “Ilocos 6,” on the alleged misuse of P66.45 million in tobacco funds to buy vehicles under the watch of Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos, reaches the high tribunal. Also in July, the CA junks the enforcement of the $2-billion award by a US court, in 1995. This is over the estate of the late President Ferdinand Marcos, to the so-called human rights victims during Martial Law.

Strong En Banc Force

Earlier, the court approves with finality its final disposition on the case of Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani or Heroes’ Cemetery. Majority of the magistrates dismiss the petition to exhume his remains.

Recount Hope: Anti-LP – Pro-Bongbong Marcos

Sereno, an LP player, faces an impeachment complaint. The Supreme Court allows the release of all documents against Sereno. They include her Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth, foreign and domestic travels, and bulletproof luxury vehicle, among other pieces of evidence. It grants the plea of lawyer Lorenzo Gadon for their release. Witnesses present from the Supreme Court are Justices Teresita Leonardo-de Castro, Noel Tijam, Francis Jardeleza, and Arturo Brion. Pro-Bongbong Marcos? Perhaps, the SC is just becoming fair.

Why do the Oligarchs Try to Demonize Bongbong Marcos like his Father?

oligarchs

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The oligarchs hate leaders like the late President Ferdinand Marcos. Marcos Sr. is an anti-oligarch during his regime. It was when the Philippines is rich but the oligarchs suffer. Influential families like the Aquinos demonize him as a “Dictator.” They ride into the EDSA mutiny. Convert it as people’s revolution through media propaganda to overthrow him.  Marcos and his rule become so black, that overshadow his accomplishments. To date, the political prostitute of such powerful faction even has the nerve to tell Bongbong  Marcos to refrain from filing a motion. This is after riding on his ballot decryptions without paying a single cent. The VP recount is due in February 2018. Filipinos must know this scenario to understand why the Marcos detractors have to taint his whole family as the tyrant, corrupt, and inhuman they portray their patriarch to be.

[VIDEO]: This video clarifies why the oligarchs in the Philippines hate President Rodrigo Roa Du30.

Oligarchs versus Du30

Many of the Filipinos are brainwashed by these oligarchs. They reign during the terms of the Aquinos. This paves the way for selective economic progress, widespread criminality, illegal drugs trade, and corruption. Until now, these bias media are still in existence to attack and destroy the same type of leader as the late Marcos in the person of President Du30.

Demonization of the Marcoses

There is a practical reason for Marcos’ demonization. It was a major project by both the Communist Party of the Philippines and the oligarchy. This advanced their respective agendas. The communists’ objective was to expand the organization and get sympathizers in a country which is extremely anti-communist. The only way to achieve that was to portray the Marcos regime as a ruthless, fascist state. They are doing it again with the Du30 administration.

Why Include Bongbong Marcos?

Why would the oligarchs want to demonize Bongbong Marcos also? By doing so, it can conceal the greedy class rule if they can prevent the return of the bloodline of their number one enemy. It prevents people from looking at the real basic problems of the nation if no leader can emerge who knows the real score, which is the oligarchs’ unequal hold over productive assets.

Caution to President Du30

President Du30 once referred to oligarchs as the nation’s problem. He seems to have a good grip on the country’s situation. However, as powerful as they can be, he knows that Bongbong Marcos can do better to balance their interests for the welfare of the country as a whole. That’s why their detractors are trying to do everything they can to block this.

Bongbong Marcos’ Christmas Message and his Ultimate Goal in Life

Christmas

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos pours his heart out in a video interview. He narrates tear-jerking memories of his father during Christmas. It’s all about the children. On the other hand, politics is never his ambition but a family situation calls for it. His goal in life is never to succeed always in making a difference – but to at least try and make other people’s lives better.

[VIDEO]: NAKAKAIYAK NA MENSAHE NI VICE PRESIDENT BONGBONG MARCOS NGAYONG PASKO

Busy Father and President

The late former President Ferdinand Marcos was indeed a very busy leader. However, in the memory of his son, their Christmas is with the orphans at the palace. He remembers kids holding an ice cream in one hand and candy in another while watching a magic show is a sight that can bring him to cry. This signifies that the Philippines really had a people’s president.

Anti-Marcos Political Propaganda

He sounds so cool talking about the detractors of his father. He knows so well who the man was – so he just takes all criticisms against him as an anti-Marcos political propaganda. This is a very distinct character of the younger Marcos. He is never judgmental. It’s also not his way to character-assassinate anybody like what his political rivals are doing.

Make Things Better

His greatest fear in life is to not being able to make a difference. It’s not even about successful endeavours but in trying to make things better. Making other people’s live better is happiness for him. Doing it in abundance brings satisfaction into his existence.

He Lives with his Father’s Word

Marcos is noticeably very careful with his words. He learned that from his father. Just recently, despite the somewhat clear injustice done by the Supreme Court allowing VP Leni Robredo to have the decrypted copies of documents from his pilot provinces without paying a single penny, he just calls it a grave error.  His late father instills it into his mind that word makes a man.

Bongbong Marcos’ Humor Neutralizes Publicized Martial Law Scare

martial law

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The late President Ferdinand Marcos is demonized by black media propaganda using martial law to discredit his son, Bongbong Marcos. Despite this, the young Marcos always win hearts by just being himself. Just as when the recount for the VP race is set in February 2018, the possibility of the nationwide military rule looms. However, Armed Forces chief General Rey Leonardo Geurrero downplays its possibility. He says it is “speculative” at this point. Besides, only the LP Senator and their followers are scared shit about it. The rest of the Filipinos, just couldn’t care less.

[VIDEO]: Take a peak of Bongbong Marcos humor and wisdom in marriage.

Martial Law Scare

Talks of a nationwide martial law once again float after the Congress voted to further extend the martial rule to the entire Mindanao. The opposing faction raises fears that martial law’s expansion into the entire country nears. The ongoing campaign against the communist New People’s Army or NPA tags the insurgents as a terrorist organization. That is the same reason why the late Marcos declared it for the whole country.

Human Rights Made as an Excuse

Guerrero warns that the martial law expansion is possible only if the government’s adversaries turn violent. The extended martial law in Mindanao is until December 31, 2018. Critics of the martial law fear that the declaration results in human rights violations. The same people who are more concerned with the outlaws’ welfare than the law-abiding citizens.

Anti Martial Law Lawmakers

Four Senators voted against the military rule in Mindanao extension in the Senate. They are:

  • Senators Franklin Drilon
  • Paolo Benigno Aquino IV
  • Risa Hontiveros
  • Francis Pangilinan

14 lawmakers are in favor of it.

Bongbong Marcos’ Humor in Contrast with Propaganda

Social media now becomes a reliable source of information in real-time. Traditional media have lost their credibility but also reliability when they fail to cover news that contradicts martial law black media propaganda for 30 years. People who are able to interact with Bongbong Marcos can really attest that there is no tyranny in him. Though humor and wisdom abound.
