Marcos’ Lawyer, Lozano Negotiates with PCGG on Wealth Not Judicially Decided as Ill-Gotten

wealth

welcome By:

Atty. Oliver Lozano, lawyer of former President Ferdinand Marcos proposes a compromise agreement on a part of the wealth sequestered by the government. These are “not judicially decided as ill-gotten.” A cut of the amount in exchange to drop all cases against the Marcoses. Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo confirms that he has a copy of the proposal.

[VIDEO]: How much has PCGG recovered from Marcos?

PCGG’s Jurisdiction over Marcos’ Wealth

Under Executive Order No. 1, the PCGG has to “recover all alleged ill-gotten wealth from the late President Marcos, his immediate family, relatives, subordinates, and cronies. This is why Lozano’s proposal is forwarded to the PCGG, he said.

Similar to President Du30’s Advice

Lozano includes a draft House bill in his proposal to grant immunity to the Marcos family. A draft compromise agreement between the Marcos family and the government goes with it. This is similar to President Du30’s advice to the Marcos family on the wealth of humanity that the former President Marcos deposits at the World Bank using gold certificates. However, Bongbong Marcos said that they are not liable for any wrongdoing because they are not stolen. The government can have them if they can find them, he added. The family cannot solely access them because they are for the welfare of humanity. The Senate should start the proceeding.

Media Propaganda

Many media influencers speculate that former President Marcos starts to amass ill-gotten wealth from the government from 1965. An alleged study reveals that Marcos got an around $5-billion to $10-billion in his 21-year regime as President. However, not a single case can stand in court against him. Besides, the government cannot have that much money.

The Ultimate Power Grabber

Former President Corazon Aquino establishes the PCGG through Executive Order No. 1. This is to run after Marcos’ wealth. Marcos won the snap elections in 1986 but Aquino became President after the black media propaganda turns a mutiny into the so-called People Power Revolt in 1986. That ends up to be a hoax.  The agency recovers over ₱170 billion. The Senate calls for its audit since many high-valued paintings and pieces of jewelry went missing.

Bongbong Marcos’ Humor Neutralizes Publicized Martial Law Scare

martial law

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The late President Ferdinand Marcos is demonized by black media propaganda using martial law to discredit his son, Bongbong Marcos. Despite this, the young Marcos always win hearts by just being himself. Just as when the recount for the VP race is set in February 2018, the possibility of the nationwide military rule looms. However, Armed Forces chief General Rey Leonardo Geurrero downplays its possibility. He says it is “speculative” at this point. Besides, only the LP Senator and their followers are scared shit about it. The rest of the Filipinos, just couldn’t care less.

[VIDEO]: Take a peak of Bongbong Marcos humor and wisdom in marriage.

Martial Law Scare

Talks of a nationwide martial law once again float after the Congress voted to further extend the martial rule to the entire Mindanao. The opposing faction raises fears that martial law’s expansion into the entire country nears. The ongoing campaign against the communist New People’s Army or NPA tags the insurgents as a terrorist organization. That is the same reason why the late Marcos declared it for the whole country.

Human Rights Made as an Excuse

Guerrero warns that the martial law expansion is possible only if the government’s adversaries turn violent. The extended martial law in Mindanao is until December 31, 2018. Critics of the martial law fear that the declaration results in human rights violations. The same people who are more concerned with the outlaws’ welfare than the law-abiding citizens.

Anti Martial Law Lawmakers

Four Senators voted against the military rule in Mindanao extension in the Senate. They are:

  • Senators Franklin Drilon
  • Paolo Benigno Aquino IV
  • Risa Hontiveros
  • Francis Pangilinan

14 lawmakers are in favor of it.

Bongbong Marcos’ Humor in Contrast with Propaganda

Social media now becomes a reliable source of information in real-time. Traditional media have lost their credibility but also reliability when they fail to cover news that contradicts martial law black media propaganda for 30 years. People who are able to interact with Bongbong Marcos can really attest that there is no tyranny in him. Though humor and wisdom abound.

Elderly Bongbong Marcos Supporters Approve the President’s CPP-NPA Judgement

elderly

By:

The President terminates the peace negotiations with the communists. Du30 said that he senses that they want to form a coalition government. It’s leader, Joma Sison calls Du30 a liar for saying this. However, it’s clear that communism was rejected by the people since the time of the late President Ferdinand Marcos. He declared Martial Law to save the country from their terrorist acts. Nowadays, the current President threatens to declare the Communist Party of the Philippines as a terrorist group. Communist leaders who are out on bail due to the peace talks should surrender. Bongbong Marcos’ elderly supporters who were witnesses of the CPP-NPA cruelty back then, back the Filipino leader up.

[VIDEO]: Enrile: The communists do not believe that people have souls so they just slaughter them like chickens.

Reality Check with the Elderly

Most of Bongbong Marcos’ supporters are the elderly. They are the ones who can testify how progressive their lives were during Martial Law. Only the elitists and business people who do not want to stop contractual laborers are against the namesake of the late President Marcos.  It is not a surprise why millennials think that the younger Marcos is cool. They believe their grandparents more than the most mainstream media.

Democratic Process

Martial Law was not declared by one man only. The majority of the members of the Congress and the Senate voted in its favor. This is not a dictatorship but democratic process. Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, and Indonesia already have civil war during those times because of the forceful propagation of communism. Only the Philippines in Southeast Asia had the least number of casualties because of military rule. The rest of the countries followed suit.

Something to Thank the Late Marcos For

The opposition continuously defends the communism ideology. They said that they are not terrorists despite the damages they caused. CPP-NPA is like Marxism, Leninism, Stalinism, and Maoism. They are for equality of status. No rich or poor. That is why Filipino priests like Father Balweg and Luis Jalandoni were also attracted to it. This kind of radicalism infected the world during the Marcos era. Almost 75 million people have died around the world because of the fight to stop the communism recruitment. The Philippines did not become a communist because of the great leadership of ex-President Marcos.

Media Propaganda Against Marcos

The older Marcos rises into extreme popularity that made him unbeatable during elections. Presidential aspirants have to resort to media propaganda to malign his good reputation. Most media entities influenced by the Liberal Party have been fooling Filipinos for more than 30 years now. The rebel with the death penalty and who was conniving with the communists to topple Marcos was referred to as a hero. As a media man himself, the late Ninoy Aquino can only use his media connections to blame the soldiers for Martial Law abuses to discredit the President they served. His supporters even made Marcos liable for his death. If so, why can’t his wife and son find his real killer after their two consecutive terms as Presidents?

Former VP Binay’s Human Rights Significance in the Du30-Bongbong Marcos Alliance

Alliance

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The presence of former vice president Jejomar Binay during the procession to the People Power Monument recently raises some eyebrows. This is among the Du30 and Marcos loyalists. Some are quick enough to judge. They probably don’t know the significance of it. Binay is no doubt an ally of the President because he is for the people. He is a human rights lawyer at that. The Detractors of the President and Bongbong Marcos who accuse them of human rights violations can never question Binay’s human rights role in the country. Even before the 1986 revolt. Binay’s alliance with the Du30-Marcos tandem can prove that they are not guilty of such accusations.

[VIDEO]: Marcos, Binay share laugh in Yolanda commemorative walk in 2015.

The President Supports Constructive Dissent

Roque stresses that President Du30 allows constructive dissent. Those who have grievances have space to protest. “The Church was very clear. It wasn’t political,” said Roque. However, this homily statement of Archbishop Socrates Villegas casts shadows over his non-political claim: “No politician lasts forever; only God does. Turn to the Lord and turn away from destructive politics. Peace to you all! We respect you. We call you Honorable. Be worthy of it,” he said.

Du30’s ICC Case

The case against Duterte before the ICC was filed amid the spate of killings linked to the government’s war on drugs. The complaint alleges that Duterte and at least 11 senior government officials are liable for murder and calls for an investigation, arrest warrants, and a trial. Roque, the only Philippine lawyer allowed to practice law at the ICC, nonetheless expressed openness to take on yet another role and assist Duterte if ever the latter would need his help.

Marcos and Martial Law

Bongbong Marcos, on the other hand, inherits the black media propaganda effects against his father. The late President Ferdinand Marcos is widely known as a dictator. He is allegedly guilty of martial law human rights violations. But he has no single case in that aspect. Most of all, the ill-gotten wealth false publicity. That ends up to be the wealth of humanity. The President already directs the Senate and Congress to look into that.

Binay’s Influence on the BiHoMaDu Alliance

The political assassination stints on the Binays still continue despite the Binay’s patriarch’s retirement from politics. He is now the Dean of the University of Makati. However, it is not a secret that his kingmaker, Pastor Boy Saycon is one of the advisers of President Du30. When some DDS supporters are not for Marcos as VP, they are supplemented by the many Binay-Honasan supporters who are solid Bongbong Marcos for VP crusaders. The BiHoMaDu alliance that stands for Binay, Honasan, Marcos, and Du30 gears Bongbong Marcos to be president someday.

Du30: Hero’s Burial of Ferdinand Marcos Lawful because He’s NOT a Dictator

dictator

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

Ilocos Norte Representative Imelda Marcos visits the tomb of her late husband Ferdinand Marcos Sr. This is the first Undas for them at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City. All Saints’ Day to be exact. Congresswoman Marcos was with by their daughter, Irene Marcos-Araneta, and son, former Senator Bongbong Marcos. There were anti-Marcos rallies before. However, according to the President,  it is lawful for him to be laid to rest there. There’s also no proof that he’s a dictator.

Youtube Video by; East Crusader

[VIDEO]: In this segment, he tells that we can not call Marcos a dictator since there is no legal basis. Even conviction of moral turpitude is not present.

He Stepped Down to Save His People

Marcos, born on September 11, 1917. He was president from 1966 to 1969. The late President won the reelection for a second term from 1969 to 1972. Marcos saves the country under Martial Law and steps down in 1986 despite his victory. This is to avoid bloodshed during the EDSA revolt. He passed away on September 29, 1989. His remains at the museum in Ilocos Norte is a tourist attraction before it was moved to the Libingan ng mga Bayani in 2016. The transfer got the nod of President Du30 and the Supreme Court.

Dictator or Nor: True History is Yet to be Written

As a lawyer, President Du3- explains that calling the Former President a dictator or a thief has no legal basis. So far, no such accusations can stand in court yet after more than 30 years. History also is yet to be written on the real score. He is only a dictator through media propaganda and for the outlaws. Not through the hearts and minds of the majority of Filipinos.

Political Will NOT Dictatorship

President Rodrigo Duterte may sound firm in implementing the laws of the land. But one thing is certain. He’s not a dictator. Just like the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos. Detractors call him dictator when the real authoritarian rulers are the pro-communists. In a democratic country, the rule of law must be implemented to maintain order. The Philippines now has an effective leader with political will. But critics mislead the public to bring him down.

Centenary Stamp

The Philippine Postal Corporation or PhlPost issues a commemorative stamp to coincide with the birth centenary of the late President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.  They are available for sale at P12 per piece. Victorino Z. Serevo designs it with Marcos’ portrait and signature. Only 50,000 stamps were printed so far. They are available in selected PhlPost branches until September 10, 2018.
