Former VP Binay’s Human Rights Significance in the Du30-Bongbong Marcos Alliance

Alliance

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The presence of former vice president Jejomar Binay during the procession to the People Power Monument recently raises some eyebrows. This is among the Du30 and Marcos loyalists. Some are quick enough to judge. They probably don’t know the significance of it. Binay is no doubt an ally of the President because he is for the people. He is a human rights lawyer at that. The Detractors of the President and Bongbong Marcos who accuse them of human rights violations can never question Binay’s human rights role in the country. Even before the 1986 revolt. Binay’s alliance with the Du30-Marcos tandem can prove that they are not guilty of such accusations.

The President Supports Constructive Dissent

Roque stresses that President Du30 allows constructive dissent. Those who have grievances have space to protest. “The Church was very clear. It wasn’t political,” said Roque. However, this homily statement of Archbishop Socrates Villegas casts shadows over his non-political claim: “No politician lasts forever; only God does. Turn to the Lord and turn away from destructive politics. Peace to you all! We respect you. We call you Honorable. Be worthy of it,” he said.

Du30’s ICC Case

The case against Duterte before the ICC was filed amid the spate of killings linked to the government’s war on drugs. The complaint alleges that Duterte and at least 11 senior government officials are liable for murder and calls for an investigation, arrest warrants, and a trial. Roque, the only Philippine lawyer allowed to practice law at the ICC, nonetheless expressed openness to take on yet another role and assist Duterte if ever the latter would need his help.

Marcos and Martial Law

Bongbong Marcos, on the other hand, inherits the black media propaganda effects against his father. The late President Ferdinand Marcos is widely known as a dictator. He is allegedly guilty of martial law human rights violations. But he has no single case in that aspect. Most of all, the ill-gotten wealth false publicity. That ends up to be the wealth of humanity. The President already directs the Senate and Congress to look into that.

Binay’s Influence on the BiHoMaDu Alliance

The political assassination stints on the Binays still continue despite the Binay’s patriarch’s retirement from politics. He is now the Dean of the University of Makati. However, it is not a secret that his kingmaker, Pastor Boy Saycon is one of the advisers of President Du30. When some DDS supporters are not for Marcos as VP, they are supplemented by the many Binay-Honasan supporters who are solid Bongbong Marcos for VP crusaders. The BiHoMaDu alliance that stands for Binay, Honasan, Marcos, and Du30 gears Bongbong Marcos to be president someday.

Du30: Hero’s Burial of Ferdinand Marcos Lawful because He’s NOT a Dictator

dictator

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

Ilocos Norte Representative Imelda Marcos visits the tomb of her late husband Ferdinand Marcos Sr. This is the first Undas for them at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City. All Saints’ Day to be exact. Congresswoman Marcos was with by their daughter, Irene Marcos-Araneta, and son, former Senator Bongbong Marcos. There were anti-Marcos rallies before. However, according to the President,  it is lawful for him to be laid to rest there. There’s also no proof that he’s a dictator.

Youtube Video by; East Crusader

[VIDEO]: In this segment, he tells that we can not call Marcos a dictator since there is no legal basis. Even conviction of moral turpitude is not present.

He Stepped Down to Save His People

Marcos, born on September 11, 1917. He was president from 1966 to 1969. The late President won the reelection for a second term from 1969 to 1972. Marcos saves the country under Martial Law and steps down in 1986 despite his victory. This is to avoid bloodshed during the EDSA revolt. He passed away on September 29, 1989. His remains at the museum in Ilocos Norte is a tourist attraction before it was moved to the Libingan ng mga Bayani in 2016. The transfer got the nod of President Du30 and the Supreme Court.

Dictator or Nor: True History is Yet to be Written

As a lawyer, President Du3- explains that calling the Former President a dictator or a thief has no legal basis. So far, no such accusations can stand in court yet after more than 30 years. History also is yet to be written on the real score. He is only a dictator through media propaganda and for the outlaws. Not through the hearts and minds of the majority of Filipinos.

Political Will NOT Dictatorship

President Rodrigo Duterte may sound firm in implementing the laws of the land. But one thing is certain. He’s not a dictator. Just like the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos. Detractors call him dictator when the real authoritarian rulers are the pro-communists. In a democratic country, the rule of law must be implemented to maintain order. The Philippines now has an effective leader with political will. But critics mislead the public to bring him down.

Centenary Stamp

The Philippine Postal Corporation or PhlPost issues a commemorative stamp to coincide with the birth centenary of the late President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.  They are available for sale at P12 per piece. Victorino Z. Serevo designs it with Marcos’ portrait and signature. Only 50,000 stamps were printed so far. They are available in selected PhlPost branches until September 10, 2018.

Battle of Social Media vs Black Propaganda on Marcos and Du30

battle

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

The battle between logical social media practitioners and black propaganda campaigners is evident in the digital world. However, as per Google’s policy against fake news, all facts must be verifiable. With the massive supporters of the Marcoses and President Du30 who adhere to the rule, bias media can only squeal through their Liberal networks here and abroad. Loyalists retaliate online but there are too many of them. Thus burying all the lies against the two leaders.

Truth on Marcos Wealth

The Tallanos paid commission to Fr. Jose Antonio Diaz and Ferdinand E. Marcos in gold, 30% From the principal of 640, 000 metric tons. In 1949 both were in the list of the richest men in the world. When Fr. Diaz died in 1974 all gold became the legendary Marcos hidden wealth. This was after he signed a Letter of Instruction to use them for humanity. They are under the jurisdiction of trustees and serve as gold reserves at the World Bank. This is the reason why despite Philippine’s economic status, it can still borrow funds for infrastructure and other projects for the welfare of the people.

People Sentiments Overcome Black Propaganda

Many journalists here and abroad would rather broadcast hearsays than the truth because they support their own interests and quite handy. In spite of this, Bongbong Marcos stresses that history cannot be changed. That should judge his father because the truth will always prevail. He can only be proud to be a Marcos for the opportunity to continue serving the people. His father’s love for his countrymen can never die even after he was gone. It remains in the hearts of law-abiding Filipinos.

Law-Abiding Citizens’ Good Life

Under the Marcos and now Du30’s administration, law-abiding citizens are enjoying the decreasing crime rate. Both leaders are effective in instilling discipline based on the culture of the country. It is just sad that the international community cannot understand how these two leaders battle corruption and crimes according to the passionate nature of Filipinos. You have to be tough or look like it to suppress wrong-doers.

Public Service at its Best

Coincidentally, the current President and Ferdinand E. Marcos’ son, Bongbong Marcos are in line with each other’s platform of governance. On BBL, the separation of state must be addressed in the government system and not as a physical division. Du30 strengthens the country’s trade relations with China just like what the Marcos patriarch did. The ties with America remain but not anymore exclusive. Regardless of the different political angle, the Du30-Marcos tandem in the government can drive this country to progress faster as the yellow culprits lose hold on the Vice Presidency.

Bongbong Marcos: Flipping Surveys can Support Efforts to Destabilize the Government

Surveys

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

Trust and satisfaction surveys could be part of a plot to destabilize the government, former Senator Bongbong Marcos said. The vice presidential hopeful explains to the press that approval ratings might be meant to turn public opinion against the President. Du30 is very vocal of his preference when it comes to his successor. He wants Marcos to continue the fight – making him an easy target for Liberal media propaganda.

[VIDEO]: KUWESTYONABLE! BONGBONG MARCOS WALANG TIWALA SA SWS SURVEY NI LENI ROBREDO 1

Mindset Conditioning

“This is a way of making the mindset to say that maybe we should destabilize Duterte because he’s not popular anyway,” Marcos said. “It’s very clear that there are groups that are working very hard to destabilize Duterte’s government. Now, I don’t know, maybe this (the survey) is part of it. But this is all speculation,” he added.

The President’s Rating Drop

President Du30’s ratings dropped in the most recent Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey, even as he maintained high approval and trust scores with another pollster, Pulse Asia. SWS has no comment on Marcos’ speculation. However, it previously said that such a drop is “a normal phenomenon for all past presidents.”

Views of the Opposition

Critics of the President said that the decline in ratings showed dissatisfaction with the war on drugs and failure to deliver on promises. They also cite slow solutions to traffic and stopping ‘endo’ (end of contract) employment among others. There are many attempts to duplicate the EDSA revolution but this time, they also failed many times. The President’s popularity cannot be withered because of the people’s dissatisfaction with the Aquino’s two presidential terms.

Just a Matter of Interpretation

Marcos added that while he believes in hard data, there are many ways to interpret them. “The art is in the interpretation… I don’t know that those who are doing the interpreting right are very objective,” he said. The Aquino patriarch, Ninoy Aquino was the mastermind of media propaganda against his father. There is a pattern that such technique is again upon the Du30 administration.

Enrile is NOT a Traitor to Ferdinand Marcos but the Keeper of his Legacy

legacy

welcome By:

Elena Grace Flores

Former Senator Juan Ponce Enrile is often portrayed as the villain against the late President Ferdinand Marcos. It is because of his role during the EDSA event. Many journalists ignore his explanations that all his actions were made with the blessings of Marcos who was more than a brother to him. At his ripe age, Enrile divulges the legacy of Marcos through interviews, documentaries, and manuscripts. The good leader’s diaries show the destabilization strategy of the deceased Ninoy Aquino. The “yellow” patriarch’s communism ideology, connivance with the leftists’ groups and media manipulation through the oligarchs are highlighted. Bongbong Marcos can only shed tears upon receiving these important pieces of the puzzle. Enrile now serves as the adviser of the Marcos siblings.

[VIDEO]: Ninoy Aquino masterminded the insurgencies that triggered the martial law.

Human Rights Abuses by the PC

Most warrants of arrest during the Martial Law were ordered by Former President Fidel Ramos. He was PC Chief from 1970 to 1986. It was the PC’s top anti-subversive unit, the 5th Constabulary Security Unit that made such arrests were the ones responsible for beatings and torture. Prisoners including media personalities were incarcerated for nearly two years from early 1973 to Christmas 1974,  in  Camp Aguinaldo and Fort Bonifacio special prisons that were under the supervision of Martial Law administrator Enrile. Enrile got most of the blame but in the end, it was he who officially ordered their release, “in the spirit of reconciliation and Christmas,” to quote that particular kind of release order. What about Ramos?

Cory Aquino’s Misjudgements

If human rights violations during Martial Law were as horrible as what Noynoy Aquino claims, then why did his mother Cory Aquino appoint Ramos first as her AFP Chief of Staff? Then, Defense Secretary? She even fielded Ramos for the 1992 presidential race and threw government resources behind him. She lost her moral decency when she used Ramos as a shield to the seven coup attempts headed by now Senator Gringo Honasan who has high regard on Enrile. Honasan also backs and supports Bongbong Marcos as VP through the Binay Camp. That made her an opportunist.

Just the Beginning of Marcos’ Legacy

Now that Enrile already handed over the late Marcos’ diaries to his son, Bongbong Marcos, his legacy will continue. The younger leader needs to lead alongside with the President. However, he has to be mindful with the strategies of leftists and Liberal Party crusaders. The same pattern is evident as when these entities tried to destabilize his father’s government. Needless to say, such plots can only cease as soon as he becomes VP.

Election Protest Progress

Further delays on the recount happen as COMELEC’s request for additional time are granted by the Supreme Court twice. In spite of that, former Senator Marcos is still confident to finally get his post by the end of this year. VP Leni Robredo’s Camp cannot fathom where Marcos gets his confidence. They refer to it as mind-conditioning efforts. However, with the double impeachment happening against the COMELEC Chair and the Supreme Court Chief Justice, Filipinos can only guess what comes next.
