Trillanes

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Senators Leila de Lima and Antonio Trillanes IV cannot believe that Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II did not accept the bribe of Jack Lam when the Department of Justice intercepted gaming tycoon Lam’s illegal online gaming operations and hiring of thousands of illegal Chinese workers in his Fontana and Fort Ilocandia hotel casinos.

Trillanes, the Coward Soldier

Aguirre calls Trillanes a coward who did not question him from 10 p.m. to 12 p.m. in the Senate hearing even if he had the chance to. Instead, he talks to the media saying his opinion against Aguirre. the DOJ secretary reiterated by criticizing Trillanes as the soldier who hides in the office – to avoid being sent to combat.

Media Propaganda King

Trillanes is good in talking only in front of the camera. All his accusations against his party’s political enemies did not stand in court. His criminal mind tells him that if he and the ex-DOJ secretary cannot refuse bribes, how could Aguirre stay away from temptation?

Multi-million Bribe Rejected from Jack Lam

Aguirre discloses that he had no other motive than to make Jack Lam pay for the billions of taxes he owed the government. These are accumulated from his unlicensed online gambling operations. He also wants Lam to stop his illegal hiring of Chinese nationals.

Blue Ribbon Hearing with Aguirre

Aguirre questions De Lima why Lam had been able to operate his illegal businesses while she was justice secretary from 2010 to 2015? The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on the matter is scheduled for February 7. Aguirre challenges De Lima and Trillanes to face him there. Unlike President Duterte, Aguirre is not pro-Bongbong Marcos but he works in support of the Duterte’s administration. Having different opinions on some issues is not a hindrance to working for the country’s common good. Both De Lima and Trillanes show in their actions that they are anti-administration from the start and not just against Duterte on various issues.
